I LEARNED....

that I am not quite as smart as I think. Click once on the picture and then click again. This will expand the picture to the full screen. My new camera is worth every penny.

I LEARNED.....

If you double click on a picture on the blog it will zoom out and the details are clearer. It is nice to know that I still have the ability to learn.

MORE COLORADO SCENERY

WONDERFUL COLORADO

BRONZE SCULPTUES, PUEBLO

RIVERWALK, PUEBLO, COLORADO

Just a short walk from the Pueblo Convention Center is The Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo. Also known as the "Pueblo Riverwalk," this attractive 26-acre outdoor and urban space is a waterfront experience. Visitors can access pedestrian paths surrounding the entire area as well as access bike paths, which connect to bike trails leading to Lake Pueblo.

The Coors Pavilion and El Pomar Plaza are two of the most significant construction projects. The Williams family provided five beautiful bronze geese in flight and a huge stone sculpture comes to life at the fountain donated by the Farley and Reilly families.

If this sounds like something from a professional website, it is. No point in re-inventing the wheel. But it is a truly wonderful spot in a delightful town. Definitely a must see if you are ever in this area.

BISHOP CASTLE

I HAVE ONLY TWO QUESTIONS - WHY & WTF?

Jim Bishop does not charge to walk around the castle so it is not a money maker. This is his only job so no income. There is no rhyme nor reason to the building and some parts look a little iffy. Check it out on line.
